Accessibility
The building and grounds, including parking, are wheelchair/stroller accessible, except 3 exhibits (Vortex Tunnel, Ames Room and Anti Gravity Room).
Age
Museum of Illusions Dubai is a family-friendly attraction, and all ages are welcome. Please note, minors up to 15 years old can enter only if accompanied.
Health & Safety
Proof of vaccination/PCR test is not required.
Sanitizing stations are available throughout the Museum.
Holidays
The museum is open every day of the year. On weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and Public Holidays we are open from 10AM to 11PM. Just check to see if we have reservations available as holidays and weekends are our busiest days.
Online Booking
To ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit, we’re limiting the number of people who can visit each day. To help us manage this, please book your tickets in advance online.
Parking
Free basement parking is available at Al Seef, Heritage Area.
Payment
We ask that you use contactless card payments where possible. However, we do also accept cash.
Photography
We recommend our visitors to bring their cameras, take as many photos as you like and share them via social networks #museumofillusionsdubai

Refund
While we do not offer refunds on tickets, we can help you rebook your ticket for another date or time. Please email at info@museumofillusions.ae with your ticket number and preferred date and time to reschedule.

Student (with a valid ID): AED 70

Family & Friends (5 tickets – adults or children): AED 320
Visit Time
You are welcome to stay in the museum as long as you like, but an average visit lasts around an hour.

Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the Museum.
